First of all, we’re going to talk about the design. What we really liked about the design of this blender is that it is incredibly user friendly. Rather than a load of complicated menu buttons you have a simple dial which allows you to choose from the three pre-set programmes or adjust the speed.
Upon testing out the different options, we found that the pre-set programmes were really helpful for making milkshakes in particular. As well as this, we found that the 2L capacity jug was perfect for making milkshakes for multiple people at one time. Something that we really liked about the design of this blender is the unique blades.
There are 6 different blades, all of which perform a different function. We found this really helpful for blending fruit with different textures and tougher ingredients like ice, nuts and seeds. There were a couple of points that could be improved upon with the Tefal PerfectMix Blender.
First of all, there is the fact that there are only three pre-set programmes. This is fine if you only want to use your blender every now and then, but for daily use you will probably want something with more options to choose from.
Another thing that is worth noting if you are planning on getting this blender is that at some of the higher speeds it can be quite noisy, especially if you are crushing things like ice or nuts. Although there are a couple of negative aspects, overall this is a really good little blender and one that we would happily recommend.
